Not sure what to work on next. Simplification? Working on "style"? Shading/painting? Any ideas :D?
Done as part of a 1 hour class.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

Ooo your sketching style is very cool and honestly your anatomy and flow is pretty great. Only thing i would really see is maybe legs but from first glance they look fine. Great job👍

Now try it in a new medium! and continue posting with where it goes!

Exceptional job, eirik, keep it up. But I've got one more smaller suggestion/request: Why don't you do another figure study, in 46 minutes, flipped vertically, pretty please????? That way, you'll be even more commited to the forces, and forms, than the details.

You mean draw the mirrored version of the reference shown? Why 46 minutes? That seems oddly specific ;)

Yes, why not give it a try, please?

For me it´s the other way around ;-) I like the work on your Facebook page, Polyvios.
I still have some practicing to do but I will let you know when I´ve done a figure study, in 46 minutes, flipped vertically. Where´s yours?

BTW, thanks for enjoying my Facebook work.

It is a good idea to increase the observation time gradually, the last woman is beautiful !

Thank you :) I get a bit stressed once the clock starts ticking, but it's a good tip :D

These are nice! It says your goal is to render imagined poses...how's that going? Or how about using different media, color, etc?
Eirik87
I've just been drawing from reference recently, so there's a challenge to consider ;) I'll definitely have to do some in a different medium soon... Or maybe even today.
