© 2021 Aunt HerbertHatching around hairs and face is just meh. The thick white fabric of the suit looked decent as long as I ignored actual tones and just abstracted the folds. When I tried working out details it lost clarity instead of gaining it.
Aunt Herbert I disagree with your own assessment.
I love your use of negative space! I acknowledge that a long critical look at this reveals some weakness. But my first thought was how much I love the look and negative space. I love how you approached the clothing.
An old trick is to hold your art up to a mirror. It clears your brain of what you know and gives a fresher look. I really like this one a lot.
