Are these 1 minute sketches as good as they should be

I have been doing Gesture drawing for a while and always had concerns about the finished product. I know they don't have to be complete but the lines i use to describe the action, are they enoough. PS. I have better attempts then these under the same time but I'm trying out using a finliner pen for this session, but my concerns still remain.
Polyvios Animations
Hello and good morning, Sam Dragon, and welcome to LOA. I'm Polyvios and how are you doing this morning? Nicer job on your stronger grace and flow in your quick sketches. I love the line confidence is really coming off, but I feel that these lines still would and could use more exaggeration to your lines of action, Would you like to please draw more loosely but fully lightly with a grease pencil and/or a charcoal pencil sharpened really extra long, with 45 minutes of 5 minute poses, all done from your arms?

The logical argument is evidently, your poses' forces over forms can and will become less stiffer but more expressive but more emotional. So, if you're very, really serious about improving your pencil sharpening habits, and gesture drawing, may I suggest to you two videos? https://youtube.com/shorts/O8LLZbY7XOo?feature=shared and https://youtu.be/t-crXRMju-Y?feature=shared Let's hope you can and will find these more helpful and nicer.
