My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Figure Study: 30 min

While I think this a solid approach to structure there are still issues here that can be addressed. First, you should start your piece by tackling the gesture of the pose. If you are unsure of what that is or want additional resources I recommend Proko's youtube channel, Love Life Drawing Figuary's videos, or Mike Mattesi's force books. Also to cement that the figure is 3D you might want to approach the use of contour curves (be mindful - they do as much harm as good) but overall I think this is a great step in the right direction :)

Your style is really interesing! Some small things to consider:

- The space between the bottom of the ribcage and the waist is very very long, which combined with the way her back bends makes the ribcage look really tiny (I'm not explaning this very well but I've attached a picture to show what I mean).

- Arm/elbow proportions are subtly off

Your proportions look fine. Your transitions between body parts look a bit mechanical. Hands & feet need some work. Lower legs are a bit short. These items you can work out. The figure in general looks fine. Keep practicing.

Good- you are dating your work.
