Done as part of a 30 minute class.
My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

These figures are flipping cool. They have such energy and movement already, they remind me of the dynamic anatomy book. You're very good with your swirly lines.
Im going to go with the opposite advice as Polyvios. I think you should do longer pieces. The problem with great sketchs is that as soon as you start to refine them, they tend to lose a LOT of their energy. You can see this start to happen a bit as soon as you got to longer pieces and your frenetic technique begins to fail you. Not enough for the poses not to work, but Im not seeing a lot of confidence in your final figure lines and they are starting to get jumbled up and hard to see.
Refinement is key. You've nailed the sketch part, now you have to figure out how to keep that energy once you make a more completed piece, not just through the amount of lines you place.
