Hi I'm Robert Paulson and welcome to my profile.
Like many others I've been drawing for a long time but never really got into the science of drawing, like fundamentals and all of that jazz. I've mostly been focusing on my diffuse technical skill (if there is something like that!) rather than analytical decisions and the more logical/schematic part of drawing.

Am I an artist? Phew, well I'd like to consider myself one but I lack the technical skill to get my ideas onto the canvas or into sculpture. Yes I do sculpting as well, I was raised by an artist that forced me to sculpt when I was a kid and I do mean forced. (It really turned me away from art, alas I have returned!)

If this'd be a dating site I'd probably sit here and file on a masterpiece that would be strange, deep and philosophical. It wouldn't be completely genuine but it is how I would like to see myself if I got to choose, I like talking to people (How strange am I!?) It can probably be the most boring or exciting thing there is, but it depends. If you like talking about random things on a deeper level I dig it but if you like to talk about how your day was and who said what and oh my gosh someone said something stupid, then I've booted up my Intergalactic autopilot for the next five minutes before I excuse myself and hide, yes hide inside the mens room until lunch is finished.

In the end maybe I wrote too much or maybe it became an advert for a starving artist who wants to meet another starving artist friend, foe or maybe even a second best big toe. WHO KNOWS!? Anyways, I hope you take this very long and diffuse bio and run it through your brain scanner to get a good idea of how I am as a person.

PS (YES PS): If you think I'm into science fiction, I'm not, well maybe I am but I don't subscribe to startrek, starwars or any of the cult like followings. I am more into the literature on that, but I'm not a hipster, maybe I am... Oh shoot. HOW CAN THIS BE REWRITTEN I DO NOT KNOW! WILL IT EVER END?! WHAT WILL THEY THINK OF THIS!? AM I SOME SORT OF METASTASIZING HIPSTER WANNABE SOCRATES!? Sorry, my brain is spilling over some poor instant gratification humour "What a fun thing to read!" It's telling me, "Keep on writing" it says "You'll get there, just ONE MORE LINE" it finishes.

So how is that for a strange, deep masterpiece? Let me know!
