Hello Dnb367,
These studies are a great start for familiarising yourself with the proportions of the head and face. When you becoming more comfortable and familiar with them, I reckon you'll see signifigant improvement.
I'd also add to consider the head/face shapes of each study, so that they're more distinguishable
