Awesome and excellent job on your foot study, Mrd1i. Very good. Very great job on your acting and drawn forms of the foot anatomy and sturcture.
My littlest suggestion is that though your construction is spot-on, yet, I'm feeling not enough of the life all of it's own. Would you like to loosen up and free up your gestures and movement with 30 minutes of 30 second feet sketches? All from this link here: https://orthopaedia.com/page/Anatomy-of-the-Foot-Ankle Check this out.
The reason why you could and should do this is because, your foot bones and muscles will become the least stiffest and rigid, and the most loosest and refined in your human foot anatomy in order to better render imagined poses and attitudes.
Good luck to you, and I hope you'll find this completely and totally helpful and useful.
