I needed to mix it up, I haven’t studied faces in a while. I don’t know if I will be able to to this from memory.

The facial muscles seem to be well understood, it's just the unfinished aspect. Keep at it and they'll keep looking better and better.

The overall shape of the head is great, facial proportions are awesome (features aren't too big or too small for the head).
I think showing the construction lines would be helpful as you get back into faces.
