Done as part of a 1 hour class.
My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form.
The drawing on the left took 10 mins, and the one on the right took 25 mins. I have a hard time with hands and feet, I feel like I cant ever get them quite right so I spend alot of time on them.

Honestly the shape of the feet look great! And I find just blocking in the general shape of the hand helps a lot before adding details!
As for the rest, you are really doing great. You captured the inverse curves of the legs really well! I do thing the hair looks more like it is sat on top of the head like a hat instead of lart of the head, I think this could be fixed on the right figure by extending the forehead up into the hair, instead of curving harshly into it. Our foreheads go straight up more than they curve back!

thebighoss117,
Shading won't hide inaccuracies in your drawings. Don't spend your time there.
Instead, get a good anatomy book and work on using basic shapes like eggs and parallelograms to make your figures stand out. Understanding the bone's basic shapes is art 101 to make the figure believable.
All the best,
